Virtual Doula
I’m often asked if I provide my services beyond my local area, and the answer is yes. This service is perfect for families that are either in an area where access to birth workers is limited, or those that aren’t in my local area.
With this service, you will have unlimited access to me via email and text. You can ask any questions that you would like, and express any concerns you may have! I will available via phone during business hours. (Please allow up to 24-48 hrs for response to emails, as the volume that I receive may fluctuate based on number of clients.)
We will have two (2) Zoom sessions per month. Once you reach week 35, we will check in once a week, for 30 minutes until you deliver. You have the option to have me present via Zoom during labor and delivery.
I will also support you for six (6) weeks postpartum virtually. We will have a one (1) hour session once a week, and you will still have unlimited access to me via text and email. Phone availability is during business hours only (except in the case of emergency situations).
For clients that are not in my local area, if you choose to cover travel expenses in order for me to be present in person for delivery day, those costs will be discussed and handled on a case by case basis.
